Quiet location in the villa area at the Mar Menor.

To the lovely, little frequented sandy beach at the Mar Menor it is only approx. 150 m . It is approx. 800 m to the Mediterranean beach . There are purchase possibilities, restaurants and surfing school with board and boat rental business in approx. 600 m.
 

Activities

Provide a variety of sports possibilities like swimming, diving, surfing, sailing, water-ski, jet ski, Kite surfing, tennis, golf, ride a bike ..., entertainment restaurant, folklore, cinema, go-kart train, free air cinema, gambling casino, discotheques ... pastime
There is regular bus traffic on La Manga so that you aren't instructed on a car. With an open bus train tours are made. With excursion ships you can reach the islands or the shore lying opposite.

Special characteristics

La Manga Del Mar Menor is a narrow spit of land which separates the Mediterranean of the Mar Menor. One stays on La Manga, one always is in an immediate proximity of both oceans. This unusual feature makes it possible to reach another climatic zone with only few steps. The open Mediterranean there and water of the Mar Menor which is approx. 5 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean in summer made this a temperature pleasant here.
The Mar Menor doesn't have any surf and falls quite slowly. It is recover an ideal place for it for parents with little children. The children can amuse themselves in this and at the water marvelously without one having to fear an accident at once.
