Two apartments in villa,
LIMONE ( about 60 sq.m. ) : one bedroom, one living-room with a small kitchen, one bathroom with a shower and one store-room; two beds and one double sofa-bed; classical-modern type of furniture; air-condotioning system, big refrigerator, dish-washer, washing-machine, satellite tv , internet ; there is a common court-yard also, where you may have a relaxing lunch or dinner under the cool shade of a beach-umbrella during summertime or under the warm winter sun.
ULIVO ( about 45 sq.m. ) : one bedroom-living-room, one kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, one store-room. It has two beds and classical type of furniture. It has all sorts of comforts, as well as LIMONE apartment. |

The surrounding area
It is the right place for having a pleasent stay in Rome. It is a peaceful and strategic area. You can easily reach the international airport, in Fiumicino, in 15-20 minutes by car ( 15 Km ), Campidoglio in 30-40 minutes, Ostia Lido in 10 minutes, G.R.A.
( Grande Raccordo Anulare: it is a road which goes round the city and connects all main roads and highways ) in 8 minutes ( 7 Km ).
If you wish, you may visit Ostia Antica archaeological excavations, Ostia Lido beach, EUR area, Castelfusano pine-wood. These are all places you can even reach by bicycle, since they are quiet close to Casalpalocco.
