The surrounding area
Deiva Marina is the last town in the province of La Spezia, and it includes in its territory both the hardness of the area of Cinque Terre and the wide beach, similar to the ones in the Tigullio area.
The town is characterized by two different centres: the old town, with its Parrish church dating back to 18th Century and the 15th Century-old sighting tower. The second part, after the railway bridge, is called the “Marina”, and it is the most tourist part of the town, with its seafront, shops, restaurants and, of course the beach!
Thanks to the railway station and the A12 motorway exit, Deiva Marina is a very good starting point to visit the surrounding area and to discover a “different” Liguria, outside the norms of a simple beach holiday
