	The vacation rental Lützen - what's that, is it a place and where is it located? The Swedes and Germany Using an expression from the Middle Ages, Lützen is located just outside the gates of Leipzig. Furthermore, it is located on the route of the Swedes when travelling to Southern Europe. You may ask why? Because it is a site of pilgrimage for Swedish visitors. Their King Gustav-Adolf II fell in battle in Lützen on November 6, 1632 fighting on the Protestant side in Germany. Every child in Sweden is taught at school to commemorate this fateful day as a national highlight. Arriving in Luetzen and looking for a place to rest my head, I found this motel. It was really quiet. Away from any highway, I was greeted by a well-bearded man, the owner of the the very back of the place there are old remains of an east-german farm ("LPG"). Visiting this part is like a travel down to a distant past. If you have a touch for adventure, you'll know what I place itself is clean and the breakfast is good. They serve eggs laid the very same day on site!Every time I have to go to the Leipzig area, I'll sleep there. 	The surrounding area This little private Hotel garni/Pension is near Leipzig, it was built in 1991, with enclosed parking inside. We have good german beer and wine from Saale/Unstrut near Naumburg. You will enjoy having eggs at breakfast from happy chickens raised in our own private garden.
