The vacation rental
This 48 square meter, 6th floor apartment is fully furnished and generously equipped. Its large balcony has a great sea view.
The European style, one room, luxury apartment and generous bathroom with shower was completed in 2007.
It has a fully furnished living room with fitted kitchenette, and large sea view balcony.
The living room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning unit, cable television, and DVD player. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking stove and air filter, an oven, a toaster and tableware.

Only few minutes to the restaurant, snack bars, beer bars and purchaising shops (partially 24 hours opened) at the Jomtien Beach, money automat for visa and MasterCard as well as banks availabe. Pharmacy and medical practices likewiese in direct proximity.
By car or Baht Bus (mini bus) only 5 minutes into the city of Pattaya to the innumerable restaurants, snack bars, beer bars and purchaising houses. Baht bus are at any time availabe.
The apartment is centrally located, and the surrounding area offers many types of entertainment.
