The Holiday apartment

This flat has got 70 sq.m. plus 12 m² terrace.

The living-room is furnished with a two-piece settee, SAT-TV, CD-Player and radio.

The bedroom has got a double bed, big wardrobe with a mirrow, bedside tables and shelves. If desired, there are 2 add single-beds.

An additional double bed is, if desired, in the big livingroom and can be separated optical with a room-divider.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceran field, oven, large refrigerator with 3* freezer, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster...

A corner seating unit provides the possibility of a stay after the meal.
The sanitary facilities are to be found in a bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror, small cupboard and shelves and in a seperate WC.

Special features

Out of consideration for guests who might be suffering from an allergy pets are not allowed in our flat.
But we can offer you an dog home, the owner of which is a dog coach in her own dog school. She'll take care well of your dog as one of her family.

Location and surroundings

Our flat is located in Bergisch Gladbach-Schildgen, in the outskirts of Cologne.
It is situated quietly near a wood, you have direct access to a well-developed network of walking trails in the sourrounding forests.

The motorways A1, A3 and A4 can be reached within a few minutes and you can easily get to Leverkusen and Cologne by bus or train.
Shops, doctors, banks and restaurants are within walking distance.

Leisure-time activities for the whole family and for almost every interest are situated in the sourroundings: Of course you find many sightings in Cologne, but also many interesting places and activities in the Bergisches Land.
You can reach all them easily.

   Hiermit möchten wir uns für die freundliche Aufnahme in Ihrer Ferienwohnung ‚Sina’ bedanken.
   Wir waren von der Ausstattung und der vorbildlichen Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr angetan und haben uns wirklich rund herum wohl gefühlt.
   
   Es fehlt hier wirklich nichts, die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, auch in der Küche. Köln ist sehenswert, die Umgebung der Wohnung – obwohl nahezu ‚drin’ in der Großstadt- grün und ruhig gelegen.
   
   Gerne kommen wir wieder.

   Ich bin gerade dabei, diese Wohnung zum 2. Mal zu buchen und dachte, dann bewerte ich sie doch auch gleich mal, dass hatte ich nämlich nach unserem ersten Besuch vergessen:
   Also, die Wohnung ist wirklich toll.
   Ganz ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man schnell überall, gute Busanbindung wenn man will, Parkplatz vor dem Haus ( auch für unseren Kleintransporter).
   Die Vermieter echt nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet, keine billigen Möbel, alles sehr geschmackvoll.
   Schöne Terrasse, da haben wir abends oft noch gesessen.
   Alle pikobello sauber.
   Was will man mehr? Ich kann die Wohnung nur sehr weiterempfehlen -und wie Sie sehen, kommen wir auch nach einem Jahr selber gerne wieder hierher zurück.

   Es war das beste Ferienwohnung-Erlebnis in Deutschland. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Familie Schulte war so freundlich, wir hatten das Gefühl, neue Freunden zu verlassen. Und Deutschland an Weihnachten ist wirklich wunderbar!

5. Saubere, schöne Wohnung

   Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr sauber, ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet (WLAN, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und auch im Schlafzimmer, Küchenausstattung top etc.)
   
   Die Bushaltestelle ist zudem in unmittelbarer Nähe. In ca. 20 Minuten waren wir in Köln am Dom. Gleich neben dem Dom ist die Tourismuszentrale – eine prima Anlaufstelle, da gibt es viele Informationen, (aber auch die Familie Schulte hat in der Wohnung schon viele Informationen ausgelegt).
   
   Auch sonst, noch außerhalb von Köln, gibt es viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in der Gegend. Einzig für uns ein Nachteil war, dass man keine Haustiere mitbringen darf (nicht mal unseren Papagei), aber ansonsten eine äußerst positive Bewertung für diese tollen Wohnung!
