The vacation rental
Use the flats and private bedrooms with bathroom as a base for sightseeing trips or relax and experience daily life in a traditional Tuscany atmosphere. The farmhouse has a big garden and is equipped with a 11M swimming pool designed with child safety in mind. The garden area is very relaxing with extensive lawns and bushes, with a BBQ, garden tables, chairs and sunbeds.
We have 1 bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments and private bedrooms with bathroom and are furnished in traditional Tuscan style. |

The surrounding area
Marina di Grosseto is well connected to the surrounding villages (Castiglione della Pescaia 10km) and also to Grosseto (10 km) and Siena (70 km)
Great cities of art such as Siena, archeological parks such as Roselle, Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano, or the fascinating Monte Argentario are all reachable in less than one hour' drive.
Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Rome are all reachable in about 2 hours. It is possibile to visit any of these cities as a day trip, leaving from Agriturismo Beveraggio in the morning and returning the same evening. Siena, Florence and Rome are easily reached by car or by train from Grosseto.
