The vacation rental
Villa Sicula is a modern villa build on the foundations of a much older dwelling. It is composed of 2 holiday apartments and a third one, in which we live in ourselves.
Apartment 1 Dolce Vita is for 2-5 persons, 60sqm, 2 bedrooms, terrace with bbq.
Apartment 2 Sole Mio ist for 2 persons, 50 sqm, good insulated attic with roof top terrace and fantastic views overs the fields to the sea.
Both are completely equiped for all your needs.
You won't miss air condition thanks to our location of 200 m above sea level and a soft refreshing sea breeze.
Villa Sicula is build on a small hill surrounded by carob trees and the typical stone walls on the fields, with a wonderful view over the fields to the sea. |

The surrounding area
The southern face of siciliy is one of low rolling hills, criss crossed with white dry stone walls and dotted with statuesque carob trees under the clear blue sky it is most famous for.
We’ve build this house close to the town of Marina di Ragusa. This is a small old fishing port that bustles with life in summer, but very sedate in winter. Beautiful strechtes of beach lined with palm trees are inviting for a romantic walk. You’ll find some shops, typical italian coffee bars and restaurants.
Tourism don’t plays an important part in this area of sicily. That makes it easy to discover this beautiful land full of history and its friendly people.
