From the terrace you have a beautiful view towards the city of Sitia and the ocean. In Sitia you will find many different little family friendly beaches, cafés and taverns. |

The surrounding area
The "Vineyard house" is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The house leads to a vineyard itself. You may happily help yourself to the grapes.
The elevation allows a pleasant breeze in the summer. The houses are located below the village of Hamezi, with beautiful panorama views of the open ocean and the breathtaking landscape.
Taverns with best Greek meals can be found in less than 10-20 minutes drive by car. The town of Sitia with it's vegetable and fish markets can be reached in 10 minutes.
