The surrounding area
Saas Grund is the ideal starting point with its 4000 guest beds for the legendary Saaser height ways. A modern eight gondola leads you to the cross ground (2397 meters above sea-level), the starting point of the Alpenblumenpromenade. You unite a breathtaking view of all 18 surrounding one Viertausernder - on Hohsaas (3200 meters above sea-level) geniessen an action painting. Saas reason is a village in the heart of the Saastales with a varied supply.
Saas reason offers its guests an attractive snow sports supply in winter: 35 km of ski run in the sunny skiing area Hohsaas with Halfpipe for Snowboarder and the single glacier departure over the pasture glacier, the favorite way of many carvers.
