The Holiday House

Far away from the mass tourism you find the country seat "Poggio Al Turco" built in the toskanian style consisting of a main house, a little side house, the bakehouse (forno) and some fountains (pozzi).
The estate rises between vineyards and olive groves on the first gentle hills of the toskanischen coast, Vi's are of Vi of the island of Elba.

Four vacation dwellings which are equipped with bath (shower, toilet), double bed, kitchen already fitted out more smally, as well as comfortable seat corner respectively are located in the first floor.
Cots can be adjusted and the like Weiters after arrangement.
Another two spacious, completely furnished apartments are located in the upper storey.

Little apartment: 30 m2 with kitchen, shower+toilet, double bed and sleep sofa, apartment: 60 m2 with a 1 kitchen-cum-living-room with sleep sofa, 1 double bed room, 1 three bed room with toilet, 1 bed, 1 shower with toilet.

Special features

Use conditions: The renting object must be vacated on the departure day at the latest by 10 o'clock.

If the stay is not begun or broken off prematurely with a delay or at all not through faults of the lessor, then no claim to refund of the paid sum arises from it. If the renting object can be rented out elsewhere during the time in question, then becomes the corresponding sum, refunded less the handling fee of 15%.

The tenant is liable for all damages been for responsible by him on the estate "Poggio Al Turco".

The renting object has to be left cleanly.

The lessor declines every liability for accidents on the estate "Poggio Al Turco".

Location and surroundings

Only 12 km remotely from the coast you reach the best known bathing beaches (sand, pebble or rock beaches) with their pine groves (Follonica, Punta Ala, ...) as well as the island of Elba with transition after Piombino (little port).
The landscape is excellently suitable for walks, walks, rides and bicycle journeys.
Cultural treasures offer you the surrounding little towns and villages with their Muses and exhibitions. Alone the villages are (witnesses to their unique past of the Etruscans San Gimigano, Populonia, Volterra, Ansedonia and far to the south Tarquinia and Cerveteri ... Massa Marittima, ...).
Siennaly Florence, Pisa and Rome to mention only some larger towns can be reached fast and comfortably.
