Before ca.10 years it then of the son "Nikos"restauriert.The house is from natural stone builds.The basement is the installation kitchen, the living range with fire-place, 1Doublebed and the WC with douche .Im upper floor find it the bedroom with built-in cabinet.
From there you arrive also at large Roofgarden.The house are of a large garden (ca.150qm), with an autoparking bay, large Terasse with grill place and one (Pizza) Ofen.Here can let you end at one grill evening the day. |

The surrounding area
“House Nikos” is located in the heart of the village Agios Ioannis with the 75 inhabitants, at the less-tourism Soutcoast of Crete.
The plain of Messara outstretches around, while in the west the mountain of Psiloritis is raising proud, and at the end of the horizon, just a few kilometers away, the deep blue sea of the beaches of Matala, Kalamaki, and Komos, offer the visitor a sense of freedom.
There are a lot of interesting activities, such as trekking at the nearby hills where you can collect herbs, bicycling, swimming in the sea, and visits to the archeological places as the one of Aghia Triada etc.
