The Holiday Apartment
An extremely well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in an exclusive gated complex with underground parking.
Set in Urbanización Almadraba Playa, only 100 mt. to the beach, with 2 swimming pools (open from 15-06 to 15-09), children's play pool, 1 paddle court and private gate leading directly onto one of Spain's best beaches.
Many gardens around the swimming pools with an special playplace for children.
The apartment is furnished very confortable, intended to be a 'home from home'. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,microwave, caffe machine, toaster,...
Also provided with iron, iron board, hairdresser, blanket, bedsheets and towels.
In the living room there is a tv (satellite), DVD, and CD hi fi, it is as well provided with a sofa bed.
The highlight of the apartment is without a doubt the the views of the beach and ocean. Visible from most rooms and of course from the terrace, wich is 15 mt. big, very comfortably furnished with a big table, 6 chairs and deckchairs.
Located at the base of the Atlanterra hillside over-looking North Africa to the south and the Cape of Trafalgar to the west, it is a residential zone, 1 km. from the village Zahara de los Atunes, coast of Cadiz, 90 km. from Jerez de la Frontera airport, 70 km. from Gibraltar.
It is a privated and closed urbanization, there are many restaurants around, and some supermakets to buy.

Arrival
When you arrive to Zahara de los Atunes, you just have to take the direction to the residential zone called Atlanterra, it is about 1 km. from the village.
When you arrive to a pizzeria, you should go slow, you will find the apartment in the righ side, between 2 urbanizations called Bahia de la Plata and Mar de Plat, remember the name of mine is Almadraba Playa.
You should better have a car, but there is also a bus station near, you can also rent a car 100 mt. from the apartament

by Ralf Heimrich from Massarrojos (Valencia)Die Wohnung ist sehr sinnvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, sie ist schoen und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind bemueht, alles notwendige bereit zu stellen. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls schoen und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage spitzenmaessig, weil ruhig und ganz nah am Strand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!
