	The vacation rental Three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with 2 sets of bunkbeds. There is also a sofa-bed, and cots and highchairs are available. One bathroom/WC and one shower room/WC. Fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave etc. Salon with TV, DVD, stereo and wood burning stove. Terrace with BBQ. Set in one hectare, with an above ground swimming pool and childrens sand pit and swings. In the summer house there is a pool table and a variety of games and play equipment. Private parking.
	The surrounding area In rural surroundings, but close to villages and the towns of Chateau-Gontier and Laval which cater for all needs. Weekly markets are held in a number of nearby towns providing a variety of goods. Leisure activities include golf, and Swin Golf, boating, fishing, and equestrian activities are very important in this region. Within easy reach are Le Mans with its famous race-track and museum, and Angers and the Loire Valley.

Travel information

A81 motorway from Le Mans to Laval. From Laval N162 south after 15km take D20 signed Villiers Charlemagne and Ruillé-Froid-Fonds. In Villiers Charlemagne keep on the right onto the D109, signed Ruillé FF and Grez-en-Bouere. Stay on this road through Ruillé-Froid-Fonds the gite is 2km on the right.
