	The vacation rental The flat has 2.5 rooms and is situated very quietly.There are light rooms equipped in a personal style which is modern and contains high quality furniture.The bedroom is connected to the sun terrace.It contains a double bed with 2 mattresses and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is arranged with an armchair, a small table, an armoire and a comfortable sofa bed(place to sleep for 2 additional persons).Next to the big dining table you can find a new kitchenette.It is equipped with a dishwasher, cooking stove, oven and a refrigerator with freezing compartment.Due to toaster, raclette and the high amount of dishes and pots available you can enjoy cooking.There are Highspeed Internet access, cable TV, radio, CD- and cassette player& parlour games
View From the Living Room's Window	The surrounding area The flat is situated well so that you can reach a supermarket, ski schools, restaurants, sports outfitters and the railway station within view minutes by foot. The train connects Wengen to the slopes at Kleine Scheidegg. You can reach the slopes at Männlichen via a cablecar which is not far away from the flat. Although the apartment is placed in the centre of the village. it is not a noisy place as Wengen is car-free. You can park your car in Lauterbrunnen next to the railway station and reach Wengen by train every 20 minutes. On the flat's sun deck you have a beatiful view to the mountains Jungfrau, Silberhorn and Breithorn. Further information concerning Wengen and the skiing and hiking region Junfrauregion can be found via the internet.
Skiing in Front of Eiger and Moench	Activities Wengen is a well-known winter sports resort. The Ski World Cup International Lauberhorn Race takes place every January. 213 km slopes, Snow-Park and a Half-Pipe please every skier and snowboarder. Especially in summer, you can use various hiking trails. Of course, you could also jaunt to Lake Thun or Lake Brienz to get to know Switzerland. You can drive by car to Lauterbrunnen. Here, you take the train to Wengen. You could also take the train for your whole trip. An ICE (Intercity Express) goes from Germany to Interlaken. Connecting trains to Wengen are offered from there. The nearest international airport is located in Zurich.
