The Holiday House
Villa 'La Magnolia 1' is divided into: living/dining room with cooking area, a terrace with garden table and chairs which is ideal for outdoor meals, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower). The villa is comfortable and beautifully decorated in the typical Tuscan style. It's a perfect place for families with chidren although the beach is 4 Km away, it can be easily reached by car within a few minutes.
The pool is open from May 1st till Sept. 25th. It's to be shared with the guests of the other apartment of the villa. Garden furniture to relax at the pol and gazeboo with table and chairs to eat outside.

NB. we offer a place at a private beach with reserved parking at a very discounted price. A big supermarket at about 2 km is open every day (on sunday, too!) Restaurants/pizzerias at 1 km

Location and surroundings
The house is situated in a quiet country area, between the beaches and the hills of Camaiore, at 4 km only to the fine sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore (5 mins), Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi ...).
This is also a perfect base to visit the major art towns of Tuscany: Pisa 30 km, Lucca 25 km, Florence at 90 km.
From Viareggio port, important seaside resort, interesting excursions by boat to the Isola d'Elba, Cinque Terre, Portovenere can be made. Golf club at 5 km.
