The Holiday Apartments
Our new, comfortable and family detached house "Amarena" is located in a quiet, central and sunny location "in the heart of Saas-Grund".
We offer different holiday apartments:
1 x 1er App. ****Studio "ROMAINE" (1-2 Pers.)
1 x 2 1/2 App. *** "FABIENNE" (2-4 Pers.)
1 x 3 1/2 App.**** "CARMEN" (2-5 Pers.)
This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
In summer, every holiday apartment has a separate seating area with a table, 4 chairs, a sun-shade and 2 sun-loungers.
Additionally, both old and young enjoy the spacious lawn (800m²) in front of the house. Tor the little ones, there is a swing and a wonderful park-like area with flowers, trees, garden and a house-own zoo.
Special features
Domestic animals are permitted for a fee of 50.00 SFR per week, but only in the ground floor holiday apartment "Fabienne".

Saas Grund offers his guests attractive and varied snow sport facilities. 35 km of ski slopes, action points, racing and show-jumping courses, marvellous winter walking trails, a natural as well as an artificial ice rink and a 11km long sledge run; Winter delight for everyone.
This sunny skiing area Hohsaas with the deeply impressive and demanding glacier pistes, where snow is assured, reveals a stunning and unique view of the 18 four-thousand-meter mountains of the Saas valley, the highest mountains of Switzerland.
Saas-Grund is starting point for many beautiful hikes and walks, an ideal place for mountain-enthusiasts, both in winter and summer.
The centre of the winter health resort Saas-Fee can be reached quickly and easily, too.

Arrival
By car from the North go via Bern through the 'Lötschberg' (by car train), from the East and South via 'Furka' or 'Simplon'.
From Western Switzerland you reach Saas-Grund via 'Lausanne' along the Rhone valley up to 'Visp'.
In summer, the Saas valley can be reached via the most beautiful mountain passes from the West, East and the South, passing the Rhone valley.
The 'Saastalstrasse' is safe, even in winter.
