The vacation rental
Les Chaumieres Campagnardes is a recently renovated farmhouse that consists of 3 cottages sleeping from 2 to 22. It is situated in a very quiet hamlet in St Julien de Vouvantes near Chateaubriant, in Loire Atlantique.
Set in 2.5 acres of private garden and orchard with fully enclosed solar heated swimming pool, sun loungers, sun terrace, play area & play house, boules court and on site ‘casual’ fishing. Amenities available locally are a restaurant, mini market, pharmacy, boulangerie, bar/tabac, hairdresser, church etc.
Surrounding lakes are perfect for swimming, boating, ‘serious’ fishing etc. The area is also ideally suited for walking, cycling, painting and bird watching. |

Travel information
From Chateaubriant, take the D163 to St Julien de Vouvantes. Turn left onto the D20 to Soudan. Turn right at the football stadium. Then the second right to La Riolais. We are the second house on the left. |
