Location and surroundings

Quiet area in the northern part of Hamburg-Eppendorf opposite to a parc and the small alster.
5 Minutes to go to the underground/U-Bahn.
Transfer time by car to - airport: approx. 10 minutes, Jungfernstieg: approx. 15 minutes, central station: approx. 15 minutes.

Very good location to go for shopping, markets (Isemarkt), international and national restaurants, theatres, Hagenbeck-zoo.
5 minutes to go to the Mühlenteich.

   Wir waren im Dezember 2010 in dieser Wohnung und haben uns einfach nur wohl - quasi wie zu Hause - gefühlt.
   
   Es fehlt in dieser Wohnung wirklich an nichts. Sie ist super ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
   Das Beireitstellen von Babybett und Hochstuhl hat wunderbar geklappt und sehr erfreut waren wir über das Vorhandensein von Spielzeug und Büchern für unseren Sohn.
   
   Zur Lage und dem "Drumrum" wurde in den anderen Bewertungen schon ausreichend geschrieben, dem können wir uns bedingungslos anschließen.
   
   Da unser Sohn während des Aufenthaltes leider etwas kränkelte, wurde nichts aus einem Restaurantbesuch, aber es war kein Problem beim nahe gelegenen "Griechen" und der Pizzeria (sehr empfehlenswert) super leckeres Essen abzuholen und in der Wohnung zu verspeisen.

   Eine gemütliche, gut geschnittene Wohnung mitten im schönen Eppendorf. Sauber und gut ausgestattet nimmt sie einen (auch Familien) mit liebevollen Details gut auf. Läden, Kultur, Restaurants und Alsteranlagen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute ÖPNV Verbindungen. Nachts ist die Straße ruhig. Eine schöne Wohnung zu fairem Preis!

   Praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit gutem, großzügigem Zuschnitt (drei Balkone!); besonders positiv hervorzuheben die gute und doch ruhige Lage mit ÖPNV-Anbindung zu City und Flughafen, Geschäften und Alster in unmittelbarer Nähe.

   Einfach tolle und sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Es ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man viele, gute Restaurants, Geschäfte, Theater in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist bestens. Sehr empfehlenswert!
