Apartment Geschwind	The vacation rental Our newly refurbished apartment is available for our guests for from the beginning of 2008. It has been furnished sophisticated and modern. We are very sure, that it will fulfil your wishes. The apartment is self-contained and part of our family house, in which we will happily welcome you as a guest. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area, in which one may relax and enjoy the time. In only few minutes you will find the climatic spa, the shoppingmile and the outdoor swimming pool of Gemünd. If you arrive with your own car, then you may park it on one of our private parking spaces. The apartment has been classified with 4 stars by the DTV (German tourism association).
Garden side of the apartment	The surrounding area For friends of Mother Nature, our apartment is the correct decision. You can enjoy the pretty farmer's garden around our property and go for longer walks or cycle tours. With in only a few steps you are in the national park of the Eifel. The hiking trails and cycle paths to the Orft dam or to castle Vogelsang begin with in view of the apartment. The trail Eifelsteig leads only a few steps past your vacation accommodation. Many walking and hiking trails as well as cycle paths fascinate and force you to explore more and more of the Eifel-landscape. Partly along rivers, others reached with in a few minutes by car.
Flying fishing along the Urft	Activities Are you looking for activites? If yes, then Gmünd offers you many different possibilities to fill your afternoons: Flying fishing on the Urft, boat tours on lake Rur, visits of the wildlife cages, visit of the open air museum Kommern, shopping in Gemünd, visit of the monasteyies in Steinfeld and Mariawald, spa treatments, ...
