The cottage includes: entrance, dining room, living room, large kitchen,2 bathrooms with shower and bath, 3 bedrooms (one wedding and wo double rooms) and a divan for 2 persons, large external veranda with washing-machine, wash-basin and a place for hanging out.
The cottage include TV, air conditioner, and refrigerator.

The surrounding area

The small city of San Vito Lo Capo is very close to the beach which is ideal for swimmers and surfers. Enjoy the Sicilian culture in one of the delicious restaurants or by visiting historical and artistical sites.
The nature reserve Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro is just around the corner and can even be visited by boat.
