The vacation rental
Nice apartment of 90 mq finely furnished, located at second and last floor of a little joint ownership in residential area, with all the services located at 100 metres from the beaches.
The house is composed from : entrance, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathroms with shower and bath, 2 bedrooms (one wedding room and one double room), large external veranda with wash machine, wash-basin, and a place wher you can hang your clothes.
You can find also TV, air conditioner, refrigerator and dish washer. |

The surrounding area
The apartment is situated very close to the beach, which is ideal for swimmers and surfers to enjoy the surge. Enjoy the city centre with its historical sights like the cathedral San Lorenzo from the 17th century or the Palazzo Cavarretta which is the Senates domicile. Or you explore some of the other numerous historical and arthistic sites.
