The Holiday Apartments
Guest house Staff, with its homely atmosphere, is situated at the southern edge of Niederthai, next to all the ski slopes.
From here, you have a beautiful view over the meadows, woods and the Ötz Valley Mountains.
The sun-bathing area simply invites one to sunbathe and relax. Ample parking space. Our guest house consists of 4 fully furnished apartments, ranging in size from 45 to 85 m2 with sat-TV.
We are open in the winter season from Christmas till Easter and in the summer season from the middle of June till the middle of September!

Niederthai lies in a southern side valley of the Ötz Valley, on a sunny plateau at 1550 m above sea level. Niederthai’s altitude has an additional recreation value. The allergy-free climate creates a new quality of life and the intermediate altitude eases bronchial illnesses.
Surrounded by beautiful forests, this mountain village is the starting point for numerous walks and hikes on maintained hiking trails and mountains tours.

Arrival
From Munich: Drive over Kufstein towards Innsbruck, in Innsbruck towards Bregenz until you reach the "Ötztal" exit, then it is only a few more kilometers to Umhausen.
From Kempten: Drive over Füssen towards Reutte, then over the Fern pass to Imst, further into the "Ötztal" to Umhausen.
