The vacation rental
The apartment is very contemporary throughout. The double master bedroom has views out to the harbour and benefits from an ensuite bathroom. The second double bedroom has similar contemporary furnishings. There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower facility. The open plan living/dining area is fitted with a large 37” LDC flat screen TV, DVD/CD Player and also benefits from both broadband and telephone facilities. The open plan kitchen area is beautifully fitted with modern units, brushed stainless steel appliances and granite work surfaces. All equipment in the kitchen is also new this season. The kitchen includes Dishwasher, Microwave, Ceramic Hob, Electric Oven and American style Fridge / Freezer. Utility area with washing facilities. |

The apartment is located on the prestigious Sandbanks peninsula in Poole, Dorset and is just a minute's walk to the beautiful Blue Flag beaches. The harbour has a wide range of watersports available and the ferry to Swanage is only a short walk away.
