The Holiday Apartment
Our house Anfangmuehle is located in the healthy climate air health resort between Berchtesgaden & Marktschellenberg advantageous for traffic at the district Unterau. The holiday home is offering it self as a perfect starting point for visiting many natural beauties of the Berchtesgadener Land & many different winter sport activities in the close neighbourhood, also for bicycle & walking tours. The holiday home in the first floor is situated amidst of a big garden area with own source water and an idyllic trout pond a little higher at the outskirts of the forest. From the living room & one of the bedrooms you can attain directly to the terrace which is roofed over and to the lawn for sunbathing. Perfect for a nice breakfast or barbecue.
Special features
For babies a crib & high chair stands by if required. In the garden is a climbing frame with a swing & ping-pong table with paddles & balls. Trampoline for childreen & boccie bowls. In wintertime you can borrow several toboggans here from the house.

Central amidst impressive mountain scenery of the mountain Untersberg full of legendaries with 6470 ft on the one side & the Eagle's Nest full of history with 6017 ft next to the mountain Hoher Goell with 8277 ft on the other side, located in the district Unterau, only 15 kilometres from the festivals famous city Salzburg which is rich of culture & only 4 kilometres from the town Berchtesgaden away. From the motorway A8 from Munich to Salzburg you have to go across the border from Germany to Austria at the Walserberg, then drive along the austrian motorway A10 towards Villach/Graz another circa 8km/5miles to the exit # 8 Salzburg Süd (Salzburg South)/ Anif-Groedig/ Berchtesgaden. From there you have 9km/5,5miles until the destination over Groedig along Berchtesgaden. Follow the road 160 until the border from Austria to Germany, from there, you use the road B305. Shortly afterwards you go through the village Marktschellenberg. 3km/2miles after the end of the village, right-hand is the public house "Gasthaus Almbachklamm". 0,5km/0,3miles later, turn to the left into the small sandy road of "Anfangmühlweg". There is your destination.

Eine sehr erholsame Ferienwoche über Karneval

by Family Euler from ChemnitzWir haben als vierköpfige Familie eine Woche Winterurlaub in der Ferienwohnung Anfangmühle verbracht. Schon bei der Buchung (die genaue Zahl der anreisenden Personen konnten wir vorab nicht sicher angeben) waren die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Während des Aufenthaltes wurde uns jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Von der Erstbefüllung des Kühlschrankes, über den Brötchenservice, bis zu den Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Skipässen etc., wurden wir perfekt und diskret umsorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für einen FeWo-Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie ist komfortabel groß und wäre auch für 5-6 Personen ausreichend. Die kurzen Anfahrten zu den Skigebieten haben wir nicht als Belastung empfunden.
Wir können das Ferienobjekt sehr empfehlen.

Wir freuen uns, dass es Familie Euler im Berchtesgadener Land so gut gefallen hat! Zudem hat auch noch das Winterwetter mitgespielt und so konnte die ganze Familie wie gewünscht einige schöne Skitage erleben. Nachdem Familie Euler viele Jahre ihren Winterurlaub im Bayerischen Wald verbracht hat, wollten sie diesmal Berchtesgaden zum Skifahren kennenlernen und die kleinen, aber feinen Skigebiete gefielen ihnen sogar besser als die im Bayerischen Wald. Es wäre schön, Familie Euler mal wiederzusehen, denn solch nette und zufriedene Gäste hat man gerne in der Ferienwohnung Anfangmühle. Beim nächsten Winterurlaub bleibt dann hoffentlich auch noch Zeit, die verschiedenen Rodelbahnen zum Schlitten fahren auszuprobieren. Also bis bald mal wieder!

Die supergute Ferienwohnung Anfangmuehle

wir verbringen seit einigen Jahre im Juni/Juli unsere Urlaub bei Ihnen und es gefehlt uns sehr gut!! Wegen die gastfreundliche Empfang und die gute Versorgung fuehlen wir uns wie zu Hause.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es fehlt nichts.
Die Beratung zu Ausflugszielen ist umfassend und die Ratschlaege zu Ausfluege von Ihnen haben uns sehr geholfen. Obwohl Berchtesgaden einige Kilometer weiter liegt braucht man fur Informationen nicht unbedingt nach dem Fremdenverein.
Schon bei Ankunft versorgen Sie die benoetigte Einkaufen (nach unseren Einkaufsliste) und jeden Tag, wie gewuenscht, die frischen Broetchen.
Auch unserer Hund wird von Ihnen sehr verwoehnt und hat viel Spielplatz im Garten.
Die Umgebung ist ausgezeichnet fur schoene Wanderungen im Berchtesgadenerland und Ausfluege nach bzw dem Salzkammergut. Auch wenn man eine Stadt besuchen will ist Salzburg in der Nahe.
Dieses Jahr kommen wir in August und sehen wir einander wieder, bis bald.

nochmals möchten wir uns bei Ihnen für den wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrer Ferienwohnung Anfangmühle bedanken. Es waren 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Berchtesgadener Land, wir haben viel gesehen und einige der Natur-Schönheiten im Nationalpark besucht. In Ihrer Ferienwohnung haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt, es fehlt dort einfach an nichts und auch Ihre liebevolle Betreuung und die Ratschläge zu Ausflügen haben uns sehr geholfen! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, denn auch 2 Wochen sind fast zu kurz, um all das sehen zu können, was sehenswert ist. Wir hoffen, dass wir dann wieder in Ihrer Ferienwohnung zu Gast sein dürfen, denn es hat uns einfach so gut gefallen!
