Hillfoot Stables	The vacation rental The property was originally owned by Lord Derby. In the 1990's the barn and stables were professionally converted. The property was further extended in 2005 to house elderly parents. The self contained extension is now the first stage of a venture into bed and breakfasting as our elders passed away in 2007.
	The surrounding area The property will be surrounded by golf courses by May 2009. In May 2008 a par 3 pay as you go golf course opens its doors immediately behind the property. In May 2009 a championship 18 hole course opens directly in front of the property/The seventh green is just 'over the fence'. Rainford is some 8 miles from Liverpool and 22 miles from Manchester with the M6 just 5 miles away.
Lounge	Activities Aintree - home of the Grand National (usually run in April) - is 6 miles away. Haydock racecourse is 5 miles away. Liverpool, Everton and Wigan football clubs are within several miles of the property. Golf, gym, horse-back riding, sauna, swimming
