Ripa d`Elce is an old farmhouse which was restored lovingly in the style of the area.
It is located in the midst of vineries and olive groves - hidden in the Etruscan landscape between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena above the Tione springs.
The wonderful bathing lake, Bolsena can be reached in 20 minutes.
Located in the outbilding are two apartments, each for two people with bedroom, shower, sitting corner and kitchen nook.
