The Apartments

The first-floor apartment accommodates two - four people. It has two double-bedrooms. A kitchen/living room with all modern cooking facilities, fridge-freezer, satellite TV, including CNN and the Eurosport channel and a large bathroom. The apartment has central heating in all rooms.
We charge the reasonable rate of 40,00 € per day. Under three nights we charge a total of €100.00

Location and surroundings

We have two very comfortable apartments. An attractive feature is a large balcony off the bedrooms in both flats. This is ideal for relaxing in the sun with a coffee while enjoying the uninterrupted view of the mountains, which is quite spectacular.

If you interested in leisure walks in the beautiful landscape or hiking in the mountains, tours on the bicycle or mountain bike tours, here we have leisure for all. The summer sledging is a special treat for young and old.

The attraction here in Unterammergau, is our night skiing facility with floodlights, and when necessary, artificial snow. This facility is situated 5 min. walk from our House as well as 4 other Ski-Lifts. Cross-country skiers have a trail of approximately 40 km.

   Ich fahre nun schon seit mehreren Jahren zur Familie Maurer und genieße dort nicht nur die netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, sondern auch die wunderschöne Umgebung in ruhiger Lage. Ob nun mit Familie oder mit Haustieren, jeder ist willkommen und das bekommt man auch zu spüren.
   In den Betten kann man prima träumen und vom Balkon kann man zum Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendbrot die schöne Aussicht genießen. Die Umgebung kann ich prima mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß entdecken. Von Vorteil ist auch der PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Hof.
   
   Also ich bin mittler Weile "Beim Jaja"-Stammgast geworden, weil ich bislang noch keine so nette und saubere Ferienwohnung gefunden habe.
   
   Also lieber Maurer-Clan, macht weiter so !

   Highly recommended. I have stayed in Beim Jaga on several occassions, and I found Anna to be warm and very friendly person.
   
   There is a family-friendly atmosphere in the house. The apartment I stayed in has a balcony that looks out across the Ammer Valley to the mountains beyond, and is perfect for relaxing with a beer or a coffee.
   
   A really lovely experience.

   Super nette Vermieter. optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen!!!!! Gott sei dank gibt es noch Rauchern gegenüber tolerante Leute. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

   The Bavarians seemed really chilled
   We were very pleased with our recent stay in Unterammergau
   The location makes an excellent base for exploring Bavaria and there is so much to do and see it is impossible to do in one trip.
   Very nice, modern, clean and well-maintained
   It is a great place to relax and unwind after an exciting day of exploring, sightseeing and dining. You can enjoy relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the beautiful view with a glass of wine or one of the many great local beers that are available.
   The kitchen is well equipped if you want to stay in and cook.
   The owner/hostess (Anne) was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. She couldn’t have done any more nothing was too much trouble
   We will come back again and we will be recommening this flat to all of our family and friends.
