The vacation rental
The gîte is modern and warmly decorated. It is situated in a large garden (4,5ha) with space to play and relax. We live also at the property but youre privacy has been fully assured. Very suitable for families with childeren. A nice living room/kitchen which is fully equipped. Heatin by an fireplace and ectrical heating. There are 3 spacious double bedrooms with one at the ground floor. The beds are comfortable boxsprings 90x200. The bathtowels; bed linen; wood for fireplace and equippement for childeren are furnitured by us for free. It is possible to rent mountain bikes. On request we can deliver a TV and DVD-player. |

The surrounding area
Brion, ein kleiner landwirtschaftlicher Dorf, liegt am Fuße des regionalen Naturreservates von Morvan, die grüne Lunge Burgunds. Ein privilegiertes Gebiet im Zentrum Frankreichs, nur 2 Stunden von Paris und Lyon, wird Sie mit seinen atemberaubenden Stellen, geschichtsträchtige Ortschaften, der natürlichen Umgebung und die authentische Umwelt fesseln. Und dann auch noch die ganzen Aktivitäten, die Sie vor Ort durchführen können...
In Morvan, Land des fließenden Wassers, hätte das Kanton auch "Gebiet der großen Seen" benannt werden können. Mit seinen Bocage Landschaften, die die vielen Wege erhalten haben, ist es ein wahrhaftiges Paradies für Wanderer. Viele Pfade sind für Wanderer gekennzeichnet, ebenso für Radfahrer oder nur Pkw.

On our property two houses are situated. One is the mentioned gîte and the other our own house in which we rent a Bed&Breakfast room. We also serve, at request, a diner for our guests. Ask for the possibilities.
