All ground floor guest suite comprising double/twin bedroom; shower room with walk in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin (shower stool and toilet frame available for those less able); kitchen/diner equipped for cooking light meals; flower filled south and west facing conservatory; south and west facing courtyard garden with summer house and patio equipped for al fresco eating. (Grab rails at front door step for those less able.) 30 minutes drive from Bournemouth International Airport; 40 minutes drive from Southampton International Airport. The property is in a quiet village location with a village store/Post Office and village pub (serving excellent food and drink) within a short walk. 5 minutes drive to the New Forest and the coast |

The surrounding area
The beautiful and unique New Forest National Park is 5 minutes drive away. An unspoilt stretch of coast is 5 minutes drive away with spectacular views, pleasant walks, wonderful bird life. Lymington, a pretty and historical port town is under 3 miles away with its busy leisure sailing activities. The Isle of Wight is a 20 minute ferry ride from Lymington with its great variety of countryside and attractions. Exbury Gardens, home to wonderful rhododendrons and azaleas is a 20 minute drive away as is Lord Montagu's Beaulieu Motor Museum and the pretty village of Beaulieu. The busy cities of Bournemouth and Southampton are less than 30 minutes drive away for shopping and theatres.

Travel information
The village of Everton is on the north side of the A337 road just under 3 miles from Lymington. With the Crown Inn on your right, travel west along Old Christchurch Road and turn right into Wainsford Road and then right into Yeovilton Close. October Cottage is on the right at the enclosed end. |
