View from the solar-heated pool to the villa	The vacation rental Beautiful modern mansion in the urbanisation „Siesta“, 1 km from the centre of Sta. Eulalia. From here it is only 12 km to the main city Ibiza and 20 km from the airport. This villa is well maintained and has 2 floors. From the roof-terrace you can enjoy the delightful view over the sea. A celestial garden consisting of palm trees and different plantings surround this property. The villa is situated only 500 meters away from the beach away. There is space for totally 10 persons. On 275 sqm of living-area are 5 sleeping-rooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 guest-toilet and 4 terraces and patios. In the spacious living-and eating-room is a open fireplace. 2 of the 5 sleeping-rooms with 2 bathrooms. The large pool (8 x 15m) is solar-heated.
	The surrounding area Siesta, a small place close to St. Eularia, exists out of numberous privat properties. There are also restaurants, cafes and grocery possibilities aswell small shops. Of course Siesta has its own sandy beach. The next town is St, Eularia, with a huge sandy beach, loads of water sport activities and a grocery store. Aswell there are restaurants, bars an cafes. From the harbour of St. Eularia you can do day trips by boat, e.g. to visit Formentera or Evissa.
