Villa Aurelia is an independent vacation villa with 65 sm of living space plus the surrounding garden/veranda with 80 sm. The spacious Villa is ideal for 4 Persons and is composed of a completely equipped kitchen-lounge (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer), one bedroom with doublebed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In front of the Villa you’ll find a covered veranda furnished with chairs and table to eat outside. The Villa is surrounded by a garden with barbecue and beautiful panoramic view over the Sea which is situated right beneath. Parking place for holiday guests directly on the premises. Relaxing holidays guaranteed! |

Villa Aurelia is located in a hilly position between the typical Calabrian village of Coccorino (10 km south of Capo Vaticano) and the beautiful Sea with a breathtaking view over the Bays of Coccorino and Santa Maria. The Villa is surrounded by a big garden with luscious Mediterranean vegetation. The Bay of Coccorino is only 450m away, so you can reach it easily on foot. As an alternative, you can reach the Bay of Santa Maria in 5 car minutes and the famous beaches of Capo Vaticano in 10 car minutes. Near Villa Aurelia you’ll find a small Restaurant with local specialties and freshly caught fish. In the centre of Coccorino (5 car minutes from Villa Aurelia) you’ll find 2 groceries. More shops and Supermarkets are in Tropea (20 km).
