	The vacation rental If you're looking for a relaxing- or outdoors holiday in wonderful accomodations in a picture perfect area of fascinating mountain surroundings then we are the right place. A brand new and tastfully furnished Apartment (52 square meters) with places to sit in the garden and possible use of the Garden (very large Garden with mountain views, also great for children to play in); 4 beds (two in the bedroom, 2 practical closet beds); Dining table, modern leather seating area, new parquet floors, cable TV, Radio, Telefon; luxurious Kitchen (open kitchen with seating), dishwasher, top quality electric range, marble countertops. Ski and Snoeshoe room is at your disposal.
	The surrounding area Apartment is in a well isolated house (no noise). Location: In the town of Flims-Dorf (a part of the Flims municipality.) in an absolutely quiet and central location. (And now Flims is in a traffic calmed area) All shopping, banks, post, mountain trains are 3-7 minutes away by foot. Bus stop is 2 min. away (from there, shuttle bus to the mountain trains is free with Guest Card). Flims, Laax, and Falera are independant municipalities with a shared ski area. Flims is 1081 meters above sea level with 2500 residents, west of the Kanton's capital Chur; a wonderful, picturesque area with an old, authentic city center; lots of shopping, restaurants, and cafes with cultural activites offered. with the Guest Card many discounts
	Activities Flims Laax Falera is one of the larges ski areas in Switzerland.
