The vacation rental
The house has 160 qm living area on the 2 levels consisting of 5 sleeping rooms plus 4 bath rooms. The approx. 40 qm living - and dining area has an open kitchen. The whole estate has 700 qm. On the second floor is a sun balcony with sea view. The garden has a pool (6x3 m) and offers nice trees and flowers as well as a barbeque place. |

The surrounding area
The house is situated in a safe and calm holiday resort at the beach of Manginhos. Nearby are restanrants, supermarkets, shops and cafes. Buzios is a peninsula with 8 main beaches which offer a huge choice of sport and fun activities. The distance to the metropolis Rio de Janeiro is 160 km which can be reached by bus or car within 2,5 hours. Due to the beauty, safety and exclusivity Buzios is called the St. Tropez of Brazil.
