Vacation House Casa Pargo

	The vacation rental Casa Pargo is a good sized, detached holiday villa located in a small, leafy estate between the two coastal towns of Salobreña and Almuñecar, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The grounds of the house include a private swimming pool and a beautiful tropical garden with lush green lawns, all very well maintained. On the left there is a well-equipped kitchen and on the right a bathroom, separate WC and two double bedrooms. Leading straight on from the hallway, there is a lounge, terraced area and another bedroom. Casa Pargo sleeps up to 6 people.
	The surrounding area The Costa Tropical offers a mild climate for most of the year and is protected from the wind by the surrounding mountains, making it a suitable location for holidays at any time. It is still a predominantly agricultural region and less of a tourist area than the Costa del Sol. As well as the beaches, there are many interesting walks and excursions within easy reach. Both 3 km away, Salobreña and Almuñecar have a wide range of bars and seafood restaurants as well as shops, banks and medical supplies. Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace are an hours drive away and the Sierra Nevada ski slopes likewise. Malaga airport is 50 minutes away and Almeria airport is one and a half hours drive.
