The Holiday Apartment
Set your spirit free on the balcony or in the garden by the pool. The apartment has an elevator and garage and is located on the 4th floor of an enclosed complex in Nice in Mont Boron. We have completely renovated the apartment and furnished it with a lot of charm and care. From the hallway you can reach the kitchen, 1 bedroom (wooden bed 1.8 x 2m, latex mattresses), bathroom, WC, 1 light flooded large living-dining room (26 m²) with access to the balcony (12 m²). Enjoy the sunset over the Maritime Alps from the comfort of your balcony. The city center can be reached by car in 10 minutes, on foot 30 minutes, with a bus in 15 minutes (stop is 5 minute walk, bus comes every half hour until 19:00). A supermarket and kiosk with international newspapers is located about 10 minutes uphill; a small beach and port can be reached by foot within 10 minutes.

You can also enjoy the complete solitude and calm of the hinterlands, or take an excursion to Grasse, Monaco, and Cannes, or any one of many little mountain villages. Take a hike along the coast, with its bizarre rock formations, or climb rock faces and fixed rope routes. Nice's unique location along the Côte d'Azur, its fascinating blue waters, and the Baie des Anges, with its long gravel beach, help to make it a world famous health resort and the main city on the Riviera. Those who prefer sandy beaches can find them (among other places) along the beautiful bays of the neighbouring villages of Villefranche and Beaulieu. The city is renowned for its mild, sunny climate, and it offers a great deal in the way of culture (the second highest number of museums in France, theatre and jazz festival), and sport.
