The Holiday Room
Our familiar managed guest house, with sea view, terrace, swimming pool (stream jet and jacuzzi), is located in a very quiet housing area in southern Phuket (Rawai/Nai Harn).
We offer 4 rooms, each with aircon, refrigerator, SAT-TV:
1 Studio (Cat1), living-/sleeping area, balcony(sea view), private bath room with jacuzzi, steam/massage shower.
2 double rooms, each with private bath room, one with balcony (sea view).

Superschönes Gästehaus

by G. K.A. from DeutschlandDie Besitzer sind super nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig!!! Zum Strand sind es nur einige Fahrminuten mit dem beim Besitzer gemieteten Roller. Wer seinen Urlaub in Ruhe verbringen möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Wifi war auch vorhanden!
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn einem doch etwas fehlen sollte (was bei uns nicht der Fall war) wird sich darum gekümmert. Von Käse bis Schwarzwälder Schinken war alles vorhanden.
Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht....gutes großes Bett, Klimaanlage, große Dusche, Kühlschrank, Fernseher mit deutscher Welle usw.
Wir möchten uns nochmals bei Werner und seiner Fam. bedanken für die nette Betreuung und ein paar gute Strandvorschläge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann länger als 2 Wochen!!! -

by A. K from SchweizFür mich war die Unterkunft die ideale Lösung. Frau und Herr A. waren stets hilfsbereit und haben freundlich und kompetent Fragen bezüglich Thailand beantwortet. Die Gästehausbesitzer haben diverse Dienstleistungen wie: Auto oder Motorrad mieten, preiswerte Ausflüge buchen usw. angeboten.

Werners Paradies

by M. B. und D. from SchweizWir waren schon drei mal im Baan Kinnarree zu Gast und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, das Bad hat europäischen Standard! Das Frühstück ist frisch und wird liebevoll zubereitet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber, auch für Kinder geeignet.
Die Familie Apfelbaum ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mod (Ehefrau von Werner) ist stets bemüht in allen Situationen zu helfen, zum Beispiel beim Organisieren von Ausflügen oder beim Autoverleih.

Prima Urlaub!

by G. M from NürnbergWir waren nach 25 Jahren das zweite Mal in Thailand und das erste Mal in einen privaten Gästehaus. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dank Werner mit Familie. Es stimmte einfach alles. Das reichhaltige Frühstück, der täglich gefüllte Kühlschrank mit Getränken zum Preis von Supermarkt,die vielen Informationen über Land und Leute, die Ausflugsbuchungen (wir wurden vor dem Haus abgeholt und wieder heim gefahren). Die Buchung für den Leihwagen.
Das Haus Baan Kinnaree ist wie eine kleine Oase
- Ruhe und Erholung -
Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und wünschen
