The residence "La Ladera del Golf" is next to the 27 holes golf course of Almerimar. This village can be found together with the Mediterranean Sea and it has a marina right in its center. The mountains "las Alpujarras (Sierra Nevada)" can be reached within 20 minutes. The nature reserve "Punta Entinas-Sabinar" connects Almerimar with the village of Roquetas de Mar and "Cabo de Gata" is at a distance of about 50 km.
