You will be living in a calm neighborhood privileged located just a few meters away from Lisbon's Grand central Boulevard (Avenida da Liberdade), known as the site of the city's grandest 5 star hotels and most exquisite designer shops.

The surrounding area
Either go for a peaceful afternoon stroll in Lisbon's Botanical garden, just a couple of minutes away, where you will find one of Europe’s largest collection of sub-tropical Vegetation or walk 5 minutes in the other direction to Lisbon Downtown (Baixa), where you will discover a new refreshing shopping experience in the unique boutiques and shops of Lisbon.
Right next to “Baixa”, and leading up to “Bairro Alto”, you will find the “Armazens do Chiado” and several well known international shops like Zara, Stradivarius Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Bershka, etc…along with more luxurious names like Cartier, Hermes, and the Portuguese fine porcelain shop, Vista Alegre.
