The Holiday House

The detached holiday house offers enough room for up to 11 people. The villa has an inviting lobby, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a beautiful living/dining room, a completely arranged and equipped kitchen, a comfortable family room with glass sliding door to the terrace. The pool is located there (can be heated) with divan beds and dining facilities: dining table and chairs, naturally screened-in. It heads to the south, which makes the place sunny all day long and offers a fantastic view of the natural reserve. In case you want to withdraw from the sun, that is no problem either. The protected roofed-over terrace invites to relax and have a meal or snack in the open. The house is completely air conditioned and has a safe and an alarm system.

The vacation home is located in a quiet area, where you can find rental properties as well as Florida residents. You will love the central location of the villa. You can reach many attractions and world-famous amusement parks in no time without an troubles. Besides the main attractions, you can also see: Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Islands of Adventure, Arabian Nights and Medieval Times (dinner shows), Splendid China, Oldtown, huge flea markets, outlets; many delicious steak houses, family friendly buffet restaurants, low-priced all-you-can-eat restaurants, fast food places, malls, drug stores, shopping facilities of all kinds and so on. They are all reachable within a few minutes (you can walk it, if neccessary).
