The villa has an inviting lobby, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a beautiful living/dining room, a completely arranged and equipped kitchen, a comfortable family room with glass sliding door to the terrace. The pool is located there (can be heated) with divan beds and dining facilities: dining table and chairs, naturally screened-in. It heads to the south, which makes the place sunny all day long and offers a fantastic view of the natural reserve. In case you want to withdraw from the sun, that is no problem either. The protected roofed-over terrace invites to relax and have a meal or snack in the open. The house is completely air conditioned and has a safe and an alarm system.

They are all reachable within a few minutes (you can walk it, if neccessary).
