Accommodating up to 7 people, at the first floor of a nice, quiet block building in Cavi di Lavagna village, the apartment inside offers two double rooms, a comfortable bathroom, a big living room with kitchen and two balconies. It is also fully furnished and equipped with necessary appliances such as cooker oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, Tv.
A central heating system also provides hot water.
It is strategically located at 5 min walk from the beach. Local shops, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy are just across the road. A car park along the road is also available to the guests. |
