The Front of the House	The vacation rental Our B&B and selfcatering apartment is located in a nice Italian villa with an attractive garden, in an elegant and quiet area, only 5 minutes away from Motorway Exit Udine Sud and just a few minutes’ drive from Udine city centre. In the house an independent flat with separate entrance and elegant interiors, is available for the guest only (either as a Bed & Breakfast or on a self catering basis); the flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room, a kitchen for breakfast, and it can sleep up to six people; it is for the guest use only (whether it is one single guest, a couple, or a large family group) and it is never shared with strangers. The atmosphere of the Bed and Breakfast is relaxing and the environment charming.
