The holiday apartment is locted in a well renovated 100 year old building on the 3rd floor. The apartment is 2007 painted and equiped. It has a large room (apr. 22 sqm) with a king size bed, dining table for up to 5 people, cupboard a small, fully equiped kitchen. The small room (ca. 6 sqm) has a two story bed. The bathroom is newly renovated.

Linen and towels are included.

   Super angenehme Wohnung, auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen, nettes Flair und Ambiente, lebendiger Kiez, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Kinder und wir wollen gerne wieder kommen. Unkompliziert und gemütlich. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie! Absolut und durchaus empfehlenswert!!!

   Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sauber, gemütlich und kindgerecht, sondern zudem auch noch bestens gelegen (Verkehrsanbindung, Einkaufen, Ausgehen...).

   Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Super Lage in Kreuzberg. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, zur Oranienstraße, zum Landwehrkanal und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck. Ruhig gelegen. Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder beim nächsten Berlinbesuch.

   Unsere Wünsche würden voll erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist schön und hell, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anzeige entspricht der Realität. Bis zur nächsten U-Bahn sind es max. 5 Minuten. Schade, dass wir nur 1 Nacht verbringen konnten!
