the from swimmig pool	The vacation rental the first floor apartment and the annex have completely been structured for Bed & Breakfast accommodation or like Holiday House. The first floor of the house has an independent entrance, a bright, large living-room with kitchen, a double room, a room with two beds and bathroom. It is possible to add an extra bed in each room. The rooms are provided with independent heating/air conditioning. The annex, from us called “the cottage”, is ideal for the B&B with a double room (it is possible to add an extra bed), a private bathroom and the external space with the table, the chairs, the hammock and the swimming pool.
fly view	The surrounding area We suggest the following excursions: to Tuscania and Tarquinia (both at 15 km from here), the beaches of Montalto Marina (10 km from here), the archaeological sites of Vulci, the Bolsena lake, the Argentario area, the different thermal resorts at about 40 km from here (Saturnia, Viterbo, Civitavecchia; furthermore taking a train from Montalto di Castro (at 8 km from here), after one hour and a half, you can reach the central area of Rome.

Travel information

On the main road linking Montalto di Castro to Tuscania at km 12, at the crossroad, turn to Poggio Martino. You can reach it taking the Aurelia motorway and going out of it at Montalto di Castro taking the Tuscania - Viterbo direction. Another possibility is the motorway Rome - Florence: go out of it at Orte and take the Viterbo direction, then go to Tuscania and then to Montalto di Castro.
