Location and surroundings

The school is about 5 km away, the nearest beach only 1.4 km, and the railway station 400 m. You can find shops, bars and restaurants and the lively piazza in the immediate neighbourhood. The street is quiet. The building has been carefully restored in a way that conserves its original charm while offering maximum comfort.

   Für einen Kurztripp besser als jedes Hotel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
   Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
   Ich würde immer wieder dort hin kommen.

   Wir haben insgesamt 5 Wochen in der Casa Maria gewohnt. Eine Hälfte im März/April und die zweite Hälfte im Juni/Juli. In zwei verschiedenen Wohnungen, oben und in der Mitte. Sowohl die Wohnungen als auch das ganze Dorf haben uns gleich angesprochen. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. In den Monaten dazwischen wohnte ich alleine in Aspra, was ich auch empfehlen kann, aber das ist ja ein ganz anderes Thema. Kurz und gut, es ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.

   Gemütliches sizilianisches Dorf. Casa Maria liegt in Bahnhofsnähe. Ausflüge nach Palermo, Flughafen, Cefalu u.a. Ort ohne Auto möglich. Sonst Auto ratsam. Die Ausstattung ist sehr neu und hochwertig. Sympathische Vermieter, die manchmal gegen Bezahlung echte, typische sizilianische Küche und einen Italienischsprachkurs anbieten. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

   Habe im Oktober an einem Sprachkurs bei Solemar-Sicilia teilgenommen. Untergebracht waren wir in einer sehr netten Wohnung in Santa Flavia. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Terrasse und allem notwendigen, was man so braucht.
