The Apartment
Vacation apartment in an existing residential complex. The apartment was occupied for the first time in 2007. It is located in the southern part of the complex, by a mountain stream.
Large oval swimming pool (ca. 60 sq.m., 1.40m deep, max. 4 user at the same time/Apartment in July and August). Sufficient parking space, big Garage-Box for your car or Bikes.
Separate entrance. On ground floor, living room/dining room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC, one bedroom with a single bed plus a pull-out bed. A wooden staircase leads from the dining area to the extended attic, where there is a large anteroom with a playing/reading area, 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds). Bathroom with shower/WC and bathtub.
Special features
Pets at an additional charge of €30.00 per week per animal.
Winter sports possible in Madesimo (ca. one hour by car) und in St. Moritz (ca. 90 minutes by car). Have a combined spring/winter sports holiday!

Location and surroundings
The apartment is situated in the area of Mastena, above Santa Maria. From the covered, south-eastern balcony, about 20 sq.m. in size, a fabulous view of Lake Como and of the mountain world on the eastern side of the lake (up to 2,600 m above sea level).
Menaggio is about 7 km away. The famous Bellagio and the enchanting Varenna are easy to reach from Menaggio by ferry.
From Menaggio, Como is about 35 km away by car, and 1 to 2 hours away by ferry.
The lakeside road with a stone beach is about 500 m away and can be reached via a short footpath.
Another beach (stone beach) ca. 3 km away. Many other beaches are existing in few minutes by car.
Shopping: bread rolls, etc. in a small shop ca 200 m away.
Supermarket in Menaggio ca. 7 km. Restaurant in Aquaseria ca. 3 km, in Rezzonico ca. 5 km away. 90 km to St. Moritz.
