The vacation rental
In the town of Peglio, 20 kilometres from Urbino, there is a recently renovated ancient farmhouse. It is composed of 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 guests, 3 bathroom, a large living-room/dining-room with fireplace and a fully furnished kitchen with fireplace. The entire house is decorated with period furniture and it is bright and nicely-ventilated during the hot summer months. The living-room opens with a beautiful patio to a lovely garden overlooking the valley of the Metauro River. Parking facilities also provided. Around the villa there are other houses and some stores. In Urbania, distant 4 kilometres, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a cinema, a theatre and two schools of Italian language for foreigners. |

The surrounding area
The place situated at an altitude of 500 meters is peaceful; the scenery is surrounded by valleys with forests and pathways ideal for excursions. Near the house there is a pine forest equipped for the physical training. The Adriatic Sea is distant approximately 50 km, 40 minutes by car, the beaches are in Pesaro and Fano. Rimini is distant 85 kilometres, one hour by car. Near Rimini there is AQUAFAN, a famous aquatic park. The place is ideal for people who like nature and enjoy visiting famous towns: Urbino, Pesaro, Gubbio, San Leo, Gradara, San Marino. From Peglio you can easily reach others localities of Montefeltro: Furlo Gorge (road tunnels dug by the Romans), Fermignano (Roman bridge), S.Angelo in Vado, Sassocorvaro (fortress)
