	The vacation rental The whole year for vacation in a stylish ambiance at low prices, ideal for group trips & family meetings. The villa is found in Bodenmais with a gorgeous panoramic view of the village and of the Silberberg (ski-lift). The largest cross-country skiing center in the Bavarian forest is found only about 5 minutes away and it is about 10 minutes to the skiing world cup region of the 'Großer Arber'. Pure relaxation in the summer and winter: hiking, biking, culture, nature, swimming, golfing, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, sledding & of course feasting - everything is possible here! It is centrally located between Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Salzburg, Linz and Prague. Our ten cozy rooms are all tastefully and modernly furnished: each has their own private shower-bathroom, flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player. Our free rental service for books, games, CDs and DVDs provides good entertainment and our sauna makes for a comforting relaxation after a day full of activities.
	The surrounding area If you visit Bodenmais once, you will be surprised at all this spa under the Silberberg and on the southern slope of the Großer Aber has to offer. Winter sports and fun for every age at the ski arena, cross-country ski tracks, a curling hall, restaurants and cafés and of course: pure nature - you will find everything here. The most beautiful hiking areas and Nordic walking tracks, bike paths, tennis courts & golf courses - everything is here! Experience nature close by, discover the landscape and the cultural legacy, get to know the locals - that is Bodenmais. It doesn't matter if you visit us during the blooming of spring-time, during the warm summer months or in the colourful fall - Bodenmais and its friendly residents are looking forward to you!
	Activities National competitions and FIS-World-Cup-ski races are held here. Through a consistent advancement of the lifts - with the construction of a 6 person circular gondola tram and the construction of two 6 seat chair lifts - the ski area at Arber has risen to become the most modern ski area in Germany. An 8 km ski-run leads you directly back to Bodenmai Badminton, bike rental, biking, bowling, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, golf, gym, hang-gliding, hiking, horse-back riding, hot springs, ice-skating, jogging, miniature golf, mountain hiking, open-air pool, paragliding, sauna, swimming, tennis, tobogganing, water park
