The house "Jasmin" is located in SW Cape Coral at a canal with
access to the Gulf of Mexico. A dock and boatlift is available. It has
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,1 livingroom, 1 diningroom, 1 familyroom,
1 washing and dryingroom, a breakfastcorner and a fully equipped
large kitchen with 4 barstools. It is good for 6 persons.
An overzised solarheated pool under a mosquito-safe screen and a
very large lanai invites you to relax. The house with its 2050 sqfeet
and elegant furnitures has a very private atmosphere, All bedrooms
are equipped with separate matresses. The large master bed room has
an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and walk-in shower.You will find enough
towels and bed-linen, 2 foehns, an iron and a vacuum cleaner. A wonderfull garden
on an oversized property with palms and fruittrees is surrounding the
house. You will find a fishing-rod, 4 tennis-rackets and 2 bicycles for
use on your own risk. |
