The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. There are 78 m2 of living area. It is well furnished and fully equipped.
There is a large living room with a pull-out couch for a 5th person, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, kitchen with built-in cabinets with refrigerator and freezer, stove (Ceran cook top) with oven, bath, sep. ½ bath, balcony.
Cable TV in the living room and bedroom 1, TV connections in bedrooms 2.
Joint washer and drier facilities (no fees) in the basement. Bicycles can be stored there.
There is a kiosk only 30 m away. Other stores are in the immediate vicinity.

Location and surroundings
Oslebshausen is located between the districts of Gröpelingen and Burg-Grambke adjacent to the harbor area. A big attraction will be the “Waterfront” leisure and shopping center (previously Space-Park) that is currently being reconstructed. Events are constantly held in “Pier 2”. Nearby (Walle) are the ice stadium and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Just a few sights to see in Bremen: City Hall, cathedral, Böttcherstraße, Schlachte, Schnoor (Old City), Bürgerpark, Weser River, Weser Stadium, etc. etc. etc.
